Our company is like a human body, each job has a different (but vital) role. Currently, we need skilled, enthusiastic team players to be the backbone of our daily operations. We’ll find the perfect job to match your abilities and experience. It’s really about you experiencing job satisfaction and contributing to a growing company making unique food products.
We know the job title “Production Associate” may not sound important, but it definitely is valued here. In fact, we can’t continue to produce high-quality food products without you. We provide different training for different positions. You just need to work hard, learn, and give us your best. Your performance may provide opportunities for cross-training in other positions and upward movement within the company.
We want you to be thrilled with your job. So, we evaluate you after 90 days. Your success results in more responsibility, increased pay, and higher-level positions when you show us excellent performance. A high school diploma is not required. You’ll stand tall, knowing you’re contributing to something special. The possibilities are unlimited.

We believe less supervision can inspire great ideas and provides unique opportunities to bring those to life quickly. Bonus financial opportunities are available, depending on the company’s production, so you can make your mark.

You see things no one else notices. And, when there’s a mystery to be solved, everyone turns to you for help. We need someone like you—a naturally curious, science-based thinker with experience in the field of quality assurance and HACCP.
We’ll call you our “Quality Assurance Specialist,” a highly respected position around here. You’ll be creating and maintaining our HACCP programs, as well as administering our document register, which houses all critical documents and procedures that support our quality assurance program. All quality system and regulatory monitoring activities are in your hands. Yeah, it’s a big deal.
You’ll spend time in our lab, assisting the QA Manager (hold process, foreign material process, glass breakage signoff, code change approval). You’ll review daily paperwork and organize the daily folder, handle sample organization, and perform COA reviews of incoming materials. Plus, you’ll back up our Lab Technician (finished goods testing, lab equipment calibration, fill weights, metal detection).

You’re someone who cares about order. High standards. Cleanliness. You’re well-versed in cleaning essentials: operations, materials, supplies, and pest control. We’re in need of someone like you—someone who understands the importance of sanitation in food production and has demonstrated the ability to go above and beyond standards to guarantee clean, safe handling practices and equipment.
This position isn’t just about “cleaning,” though—it’s also about keeping up production equipment, documentation, making sure chemicals are properly labeled, stored and used, and adhering to GMP guidelines (just to name a few).
Officially, you’re our “Sanitor,” which means you’ll be a part of the line responsible for ensuring food safety, quality, and production efficiency. We’ll need you to see to it that all sanitation rules and regulations are being followed to the letter so our products remain high-quality and safe. Also in your hands: troubleshooting issues related to sanitation and coming up with innovative solutions to problems.
At GLK, safety is a top priority, and we’ll rely on your expertise to help us maintain a safe environment. Along the way, we’ll provide regular reviews and relevant training to help keep you up to speed.
Positive performers are recognized and appreciated here. In short, we reward and support people who make good things happen. You can make an impact (and get credit for a job well done) because there’s less “corporate red tape.”
